It seems to be in the middle of a renovation so prices are very good, but you get what you pay for. The rooms are very nice, shower and bed are great, working AC. But the moment you leave the room it's total caos, the kitchen is a warzone and the hotel has nothing to offer except the room itself. They claim many things which they don't have, there is no 24h reception. The location is great, next to the beach and lots of attractions close by. We did not enjoy our stay, there are many dogs living in the hotel and they bark all night and nobody cares. Would not recommend this hotel in it's current state, there are many other options.

The property is not ready for family/human staying. filled with bugs lizards.Extreamy dirty. It mentioned the kitchen but absolutely non-usuable. No necessary services are available. Very poor wifi, no drinking water suppy, fridge doesn't work, unwelcoming ambiance. Not at all recommended for families with children. There is no return of money, everywhere dogs and rotten food spilled.It's a total mess.

I travel-led with my 77 year mother and booked non ac room. The manger, first gave us a room with no cover in the cistern flush, when i complained he told me to use as is; i wanted a different room, then he gave a ac room and asked rs 700 more for it, i said i will give rs 500 as i didn't need ac, then he told me not possible then gave a room - no mirror, no wardrobe or table, no tv, no mirror in bathroom, very dirty smelly bathroom with no place to keep clothes or towel. The bathroom door doesn’t close and it makes a cringe sound when i tried to shut it. Please never stay here. Also they asked money to clean my room!

Nice area, street and near beach snd archeological site. Room is spacious, working fan no noise, bathroom oké, water refill available, very soft matrass, cheapest synthetic matrasscover & bedsheet, no vibe at all. Not inviting.

Tv was not working, ac get cooled when we vacate the room, annoying barking sound in night. There is no pleasant stay in this guest house
